ESPicAI provides a digital service fulfilled instantly in electronic form. When credits are purchased, they are instantly credited to the account and become ready for use.
Under Article 15 of the Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation, consumers do not have the right of withdrawal for digital content and services fulfilled instantly in electronic form.
As ESPicAI service is a virtual/digital service:
After payment is completed, purchased credits are instantly transferred to the account and become available for use. Therefore, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised.
In cases of technical errors such as credits not being credited to the account despite payment being received, the issue will be resolved promptly if you contact our support team (hello@espicai.com).
