SELLER: ESPicAI (hereinafter referred to as "Company")
BUYER: Natural or legal person purchasing services through the website (hereinafter referred to as "Customer")
This agreement regulates the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the AI-powered image editing service and credit purchase ordered by the Customer through the Company website (espicai.com) electronically and fulfilled electronically.
ESPicAI is a software service (SaaS) offering AI-based batch image editing. The Customer gains the right to use this service by purchasing credits. Each credit provides the right to process a certain number of images.
The Customer places an order by selecting a plan on the website and making payment through the PayTR virtual POS system. Credits are credited to the account after payment approval. Prices include VAT.
Under the Consumer Protection Law and the Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for digital content and services fulfilled instantly in electronic form with prior agreement of the parties. As ESPicAI service is a digitally fulfilled service, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised after payment.
The laws of the Republic of Turkey shall apply to disputes arising from this agreement. Istanbul Courts and Execution Offices are authorized.
